Anna Johnson
Anna completed 1300 hours of training from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado in 2005 and after working at luxury spas in the Rocky Mountains, she decided to move home and open a spa of her own. While her favorite massage techniques are Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and other deep tissue techniques, she also enjoys blending a bit of relaxation into each session. Her Esthetician license, received in 2008, has enabled her to explore and create a a beautiful service menu of facials and spa treatments combining massage and skin care.

Misty Heino
Misty's massage career began in 2006 after graduating from the Massage Therapy program at WITC. Her training focused on the principals of Swedish style massage but she also incorporates acupressure, myofascial release techniques, and deep tissue massage therapy. She considers her style dynamic as she uses several techniques to facilitate therapeutic effects based on each client's individual needs and expectations.
Jen Banowetz
Jen Banowetz graduated from the East West Healing Arts in Madison, WI in 2005. Her style blends modalities of both Eastern and Western techniques such as Tui Na (Clinical Chinese Massage), Acupressure, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Matrix Energetics, as well as many more. Each session is individually designed and specific to the clients immediate needs and goals. Jen has concentrated studies in both Bamboo Massage & Reflexology. She is also a Certified Clinical Somatic Movement Instructor. Her clients quickly feel relaxed while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of her work.

Sarah Garner
Sarah Garner graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 1999 with a strong focus on Polarity Therapy and deep tissue massage techniques. She believes that massage and therapeutic bodywork play an essential balancing and restorative role in how we care for our bodies and minds in treatment and prevention.

Charles Defoe
Charles is Red Cliff native who has recently moved home with his young family. He is excited and driven to bring his massage therapy experience to our Superior Body team. Charles graduated from the MATC massage therapy program in Madison in 2014. He has since been employed through Massage Envy in Madison for the last eight years. He often incorporates Swedish massage along with trigger point work while making sure to maintain a professional dialogue with his clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. His favorite type of massage to give is a relaxation session with elements of deeper tissue work.

Nina Milanovich
Nina's career as an Advanced Practice Licensed Esthetician Manager started in 2004 when she completed her training at St. College in Esthetics. She is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin for esthetics and nail treatments. She practiced her craft in luxury spas, then advanced into the medical world of esthetics where she worked in medical dermatology clinics providing medially directed treatments. Nina is certified in oncology skincare and is also a certified laser specialist. Nina's favorite treatments are dermaplaning, chemical peels, micro needling, relaxing yet results-driven facials, teen acne and pedicures! She loves giving consultations, listening to her patients' concerns, creating results-driven treatments and home-care skincare routines.
