Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are not necessary, but are highly recommended. We recommend advance reservations of three to four weeks during the busy summer season (June through September) and one week during the off-season. Couples sessions (two appointments scheduled at the same time, either in the same or separate rooms) book up very quickly any time of year and so we recommend booking those a month out or more if possible.. However, with any appointment there is always a chance that we will be able to get you in much quicker, so don't hesitate to contact us. If you don’t see an available appointment online, the fastest way to request a last-minute opening is to join our online waitlist.

Do you offer couple's treatments?

Yes, you may choose to receive services with a partner in our couple's treatment room or individually in your own room. We offer the following services available as couple's treatments: 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute massages, our 45-minute or 75-minute Grateful Back and Ultimate Relaxer spa treatments, the Crown Treatment and the Peppermint Pedissage. Our facials and other spa treatments must be done in an individual treatment room. While we can schedule multiple hot stone massages at the same time, we don’t typically offer same-room hot stone massages as it can get uncomfortably warm for our staff and so we will set you up in our individual treatment rooms.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and a 50% service fee charge for changes or cancellations after this window. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to these terms. In order to keep our talented staff, they are compensated for their time when a client doesn’t show up - this is the reason for this policy.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash,check (out-of-town is fine) and credit card (MC, VISA and Discover).

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates can be purchased online, in person at the spa or by phone, (715) 209-0428.

Should I arrive early for my appointment and should I bring special clothing?

Arriving 10 minutes before your appointment gives you ample time to complete our brief healthy history form and to enjoy some water or tea before your treatment. You may also download this form and bring it with you if you prefer.

No special attire is required though we recommend wearing clothing that can be easily washed since massage sessions typically incorporate an oil or lotion.

Are your therapists licensed?

Yes, all of our staff is Wisconsin state-licensed. We are a Wisconsin state-licensed Aesthetics and Manicuring Establishment and gladly follow all recommended safety and sanitation guidelines. All of our staff takes pride in their individual training and experience and encourage you to take advantage of their expertise.

Do you offer a discount for groups?

We love having groups come to Superior Body and are happy to work with you to design the perfect day for your party. Depending on the season and the number of services your group schedules, we may at times be able to offer a group discount. Please contact us with any questions.
